Our Methodology

Grassroots-based, Low-cost,
High-trust Mobilization System

We frequently use very effective yet simple, grassroots-based, low-cost, high-trust mobilization system to attract good and interested candidates. Our actual mobilization works are:

1. Newspaper Advertisements

We frequently place simple classified ads in Hindi newspapers that people actually read in UP towns and villages. Newspapers used: Dainik Jagran (UP edition), Amar Ujala, Hindustan (Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi editions)

2. On-Ground Camps

We do not wait for students to come to us. We already have various 25 field mobilizers (all local youth, trained by CDI). All of them go to: Gram Panchayats; Various Urban clusters; Railway station & bus stand areas, and other effective locations for mobilization.

3. Hospital References

We frequently gets various students references from our operated & managed Hospitals; Patients; and known Families.

4. Word-of-Mouth

Our students bring another students.

5. Local Partnerships

We have partnerships with Local NGOs & CBOs (Community-Based Organizations) for effective student’s mobilization.

6. & 7. Digital & Broadcast

We run Digital Ads on WhatsApp, YouTube, and Facebook.

We do WhatsApp broadcasts to various local youth groups (like cricket clubs, temple committees, market associations).

Blended Learning Model

Classroom instruction at CDI Skills centres covering anatomy, disability law, and clinical concepts combined with hands-on skills lab.

Clinical Practicum

Minimum 40% of training hours in CDI-managed hospitals and partner hospitals providing direct supervised patient interaction.
